Represents companies and individuals in complex business litigation, employment, and entertainment matters, including breach of contract, copyright, fiduciary duty, declaratory and injunctive relief, toxic tort, and legal malpractice.
Regularly handles the defense of business tort actions, including individual and class action claims under California's Unfair Competition Law (UCL) and the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).
Experienced in handling employment litigation and counseling, including individual and class actions under Title VII and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
Currently representing a Fortune 100 company in a purported national class action alleging gender and race discrimination in hiring, pay, and promotions.
