"Kathleen is truly one of the most honorable and dedicated client advocates in our country.  We are privileged to work with her at our firm, and we are proud that she will lead by her own example to help shape and guide our nation's trial attorneys.  We wish her a most successful and productive term," said Michael V. Ciresi, the firm's chairman.

Kathleen Flynn PetersonMs. Flynn Peterson has been a member of the American Association of Justice for more than 20 years.  She is on the Board of Trustees of AAJ's National College of Advocacy and has served in numerous leadership capacities on various committees.  In 1999, she was honored with the Association's prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.

She began her career and patient advocacy as a registered nurse and was one of the firm's first dual-profession attorneys when she joined in 1981 as an associate.   She has since secured millions of dollars on behalf of her clients, helping them achieve a measure of justice for their malpractice and negligence claims.
