Tech Support Representative

FT position in CSS Department for a Technical Support Representative from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Thurs.,Fri.,Sat.,Sun.,and Monday).  Responsibilities include providing first level of support for end-users; fielding various service requests; logging all incidents; perform follow-up with end-users; manage resolution of calls forwarded to technical support; and securely setup and take down hardware for firm's document review teams.  Candidates must have outstanding communication skills and a working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, e-Directory.  Prior experience in a legal technical support environment preferred.
