Martha G. Capper
Martha has worked in law firm administration for over 20 years; primarily in the areas of attorney recruiting and human resources. Since joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. in 1995, Martha has been responsible for all aspects of attorney recruiting, including the administration of the summer associate program, campus recruiting and lateral attorney recruiting.
Before joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., Martha worked in attorney recruiting and human resources at the Chicago office of a large national firm. Martha's prior careers include a stint as a professional ski patroller and an account executive at an advertising agency. Martha earned a B.A. from Michigan State University in 1983.
