Experience

  • Practices primarily in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, insurance subrogation, and defense of bad faith litigation.  Experience includes earthquake losses, food contamination cases, business interruption claims, mechanical failures, and industrial equipment and facility explosions.
  • Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., gained experience in complex litigation, including class action, antitrust, bankruptcy, insurance defense, as well as premises liability, real property law, and catastrophic personal injury.
  • Has settled and mediated numerous commercial, real property, and personal injury cases on behalf of her clients.  In 2006, obtained a defense award on behalf of multiple property management companies in a landlord-tenant binding arbitration matter.
