A funny happened to Kathleen Flynn Peterson ’81 on her way to a bachelor’s degree in nursing: She got hooked on an entirely different field—law.
The idea of a career in law first crossed her mind when an attorney spoke to her class about legal issues affecting nurses. The hook wasn’t set, however, until she was called for jury duty during her senior year.
