Primarily defends commercial class actions nationwide involving, in part, RICO, antitrust, fraud, conspiracy, and employment claims in a number of industries. Represents clients in a variety of complex business disputes including financial litigation, copyright, trade secret, and other business disputes.
Has participated in the joint, strategic defense of multi-venue class actions involving numerous parties, collateral bankruptcy proceedings, and has appeared before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Has been lead attorney in an overtime class case involving employees in branch offices nationwide; lead attorney in the defense of a nationwide gender discrimination case; and lead attorney in the defense of an age discrimination class action.

Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a selective trial lawyer honor society. Fellows are selected based upon effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, and superior ethical reputation.
