Experience

  • Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., was an associate with an Atlanta-based law firm.
  • Practice includes all aspects of patent litigation in a variety of technical areas, including textiles, database management systems, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and point-of-sale systems.
  • Has practiced in several jurisdictions, including the northern District of Georgia, Middle District of North Carolina, Western District of Wisconsin, Southern District of Indiana, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

Other Experience

  • Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., practice also included work in environmental law on various issues such as due diligence for real estate and corporate transactions, regulatory and compliance issues, permitting, enforcement, and hazardous site remediation.
  • During law school, worked as an intern for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region IV in Atlanta, Georgia and gained valuable knowledge of federal regulations for air, water and hazardous waste as imposed on manufacturing facilities.
  • During undergraduate studies, completed an internship at the former Champion International Mill in Hamilton, Ohio where she gained valuable experience in product testing and quality control.
  • Also, during undergraduate studies, completed an internship with Buckman Laboratories where she gained valuable experience with process chemicals in a variety of paper mills.
