- Currently litigating cases involving the pain reliever Vioxx, which was voluntarily recalled from the market by Merck because of an increased risk of heart attacks and strokes.
- Litigated and resolved wrongful death cases involving recalled Guidant implantable defibrillators.
- Member of the consortium of attorneys litigation complex injury and death cases involving the Minneapolis I 35W bridge collapse on a pro bono basis.

Selected Results*
$4 million settlement against radiologists for failing to diagnose a brain-aneurysm in a 52 year old woman.
$450,000 settlement for wrongful death of paraplegic trauma victim who died of a heart attack during spine stabilization surgery.

- "Professional Excellence Award," from the Minnesota State Bar Association, awarded to a group of lawyers who represented survivors of the 35W Bridge Collapse on a pro bono basis (2009)**
