Firm Ranked First for Litigation by Chambers USA

(June 2007) - Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. is pleased to announce that the firm has again been ranked first as a leading firm in Minnesota for the category ‘Litigation: General Commercial' in the Chambers USA 2007.
Additionally, firm chairman Michael V. Ciresi, and partners Martin R. Lueck and Ronald J. Schutz all shared the number one ranking as top Litigation: Intellectual Property practitioners in the state. Ciresi was also again recognized in first place as a top Litigation: General Commercial attorney in the state.
The Chambers USA 2007 profile about the firm says:
This firm "comes to mind as the leading litigation firm in the Twin Cities," with many of its lawyers appearing in state and federal courts in "many high-profile cases." Its reputation has been built up over the years from handling plaintiff class actions in the toxic torts and products liability field, and there is now also a highly regarded IP litigation practice, with the firm being hailed as "one of the best for contingent fee IP litigation."
