Firm's Partner, Daniel O'Fallon, Appointed to 10th Judicial Circuit Bench

MINNEAPOLIS (October 6, 2009) - Daniel A. O'Fallon, partner at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. was appointed to the 10th Judicial District bench by Gov. Tim Pawlenty today. Mr. O'Fallon is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in major litigation.

O'Fallon received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.
