Diversity Retention and Development

At Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., our commitment to diversity includes the retention and development of all firm members.

We formed a Racial and Ethnic Diversity Working Group, a Gender Diversity Working Group, and a LGBT Inclusion Working Group to focus further on specific diversity initiatives including retention and professional development.

Hands on Trial Experience

At Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. we are, first and foremost, experienced trial lawyers.  We evaluate and prepare every case with trial in mind, and it is with our clients' future trials in mind that we designed and established one of the most technologically advanced courtrooms in the nation.  Click here for a virtual tour of our Trial Practice Center.

Exceptional Advocate Training Program

The Exceptional Advocate Training Program is a 4-year curriculum that is conducted in four phases.  The program is designed to provide early and vigorous trial training for associates and to provide a greater opportunity to talk with and seek advice concerning effective advocacy from experienced lawyers at our firm.  To learn more about our professional development program, click here.

Pro Bono

Pro bono activities offer unique opportunities for personal and professional growth, and increase awareness of the diversity of persons in our communities, the problems they face, and the way those problems might be solved for both individuals and the community at large.  We believe that pro bono services increases the depth, understanding, ability and compassion of those who so volunteer, and that pro bono work can be one of the most rewarding experiences of one’s legal career.
