Broadway Com Corp., Case No. CV-05-6566, Central District of California (2005-2007).  Represented A-Top Technology in a patent infringement action involving computer casing technology, licensing and patent exhaustion issues; obtained settlement.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Iesta Musical Instruments Import Export, Gmbh v. Iesta USA Corp., case pending, Case No. CV-06-4803, Central District of California (2006-2008).  Lead counsel defending American subsidiary of German instrument supply company in breach of contract and trademark litigation brought by parent company; opposed Iesta GmbH's summary judgment motion.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Lee Wang, LLC v. APW North America, Inc., Case No. CV-07-03198, Central District of California(2007-2008).  Lead counsel in breach of contract action against APW North America, Inc.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Forever 21 Inc. v. Shin, Case No. BC322900, Los Angeles County Superior Court (2004-2007).  Obtained judgment in action against bankruptcy debtors for fraudulent transfer.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Leeman v. Rich On, Inc., Case No. RG07321854, Alameda County Superior Court (2006-2008).  Lead counsel in defense of Proposition 65 litigation alleging lead content in Rich On, Inc.'s cosmetics cause reproductive toxicity; negotiated favorable consent judgment.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)

Union Chance (Manufacturing) Limited v. Core Designs, LLC, Case No. 05CC10563, Orange County Superior Court (2005-2007).   Opposed Core Designs' summary judgment motion of Union Chance's trademark infringement and breach of contract claims; obtaining stipulated judgment for fullamount demanded.  (Prior to joining Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P.)
