Allen Slaughter Participates in Third Annual Advocacy Training in Kenya

Minneapolis - Allen Slaughter, an attorney with Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., participated in the third annual Lawyers Without Borders Trial Advocacy Training Program in Domestic Violence in Nairobi, Kenya.
Mr. Slaughter served as a member of the teaching faculty for the week long lawyer training, which trained approximately 80 Kenyan lawyers and police prosecutors from throughout the country, using the National Institute for Trial Advocacy "learn-by-doing" method. The training was conducted at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies during July 23 through July 31.
Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. once again helped sponsor this program, developed by Lawyers Without Borders and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Slaughter received his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law and practices in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation, business litigation, patent litigation and white collar crime and government investigations.
